Ask TONTRIA

An assistant that knows your roster

Ask TONTRIA is built into the workspace. It reads what you are allowed to see and helps you move faster.

  • Knows your artists, releases, tasks and calendar.
  • Respects permissions: it only uses what you can see.
  • Prepares drafts, plans and task lists for you to review.
  • Asks before acting — nothing is sent or published without your OK.

What’s missing for Nina’s release on November 14?

TONTRIA

Three things are still open for “Night Drive”:

  • Cover art is waiting for approval — Tomás has had it since Monday.
  • The editorial playlist pitch hasn’t been sent yet.
  • Two radio interviews are not confirmed.

For every kind of team

Labels, management companies and independent artists

Record labels

Roster, catalog, releases, royalties and studio with permissions for every staff member.

Management companies

Every artist you manage, their dates, deals, press and tasks in one place.

Independent artists

Your releases, calendar and team, with the same tools as a label.

Security and permissions

Your data, your rules

An AI that knows your business has to respect it. These rules are part of how TONTRIA is built.

Your data stays in your workspace

Each label, management company or artist has its own workspace. Other workspaces can’t see your information.

The AI only sees what you can see

Ask TONTRIA works with your permissions. If you can’t open a contract, the AI can’t read it for you.

Nothing goes out without your OK

Emails, messages and posts are prepared as drafts. You review them and confirm before anything is sent or published.

We don’t sell your data

Your music, contracts and contacts are yours. We don’t sell them or share them with advertisers.

Frequently asked questions

Is TONTRIA MGMT available?

It’s in early access. Write to us to join — we are opening access gradually to labels, managers and artists.

What language is the app in?

During early access the app interface is in Spanish. More languages are on the way, starting with English and Portuguese.

How much will it cost?

Each TONTRIA product has its own plans: TONTRIA for Labels, for Management and for Publishing are quoted for each company; TONTRIA for Artists and for Producers cost USD 9.99, 14.99 or 29.99 a month; TONTRIA Studio has a free Starter plan and Membership at USD 4.99 a month or USD 39.99 a year. See pricing.

Can my artists have their own access?

Yes. Artists and their people can be invited to see only what concerns them: their releases, statements, documents and chat.

Does Ask TONTRIA act on its own?

No. It answers questions and prepares drafts and suggestions. Anything that leaves TONTRIA — an email, a message, a YouTube upload — waits for your confirmation.

Is it connected to TONTRIA Clips?

We are connecting both products so your release plan and your clips live together. Today, TONTRIA Clips works on its own.
